The Norwegian Union of Municipal Employees (Norwegian: Norsk Kommuneforbund) was a trade union in Norway, organized under the national Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions.

It was founded in 1920, and its chairman the first fifteen years was Gunnar Sethil.

It had 240,000 members in 2000. In 2003 it was merged with the Norwegian Association of Health and Social Care Personnel to create the Norwegian Union of Municipal and General Employees.
