The Northwest Mexico leopard frog, Lithobates magnaocularis, is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is endemic to Mexico. This predominantly aquatic frog inhabits temporary or permanent pools in shrublands and mesquite forests. It might be threatened by droughts.
