Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is an NHS Foundation Trust which provides mental health and community services across Northamptonshire, England, and specialist services in prisons. It runs St Mary's Hospital Kettering, the Squirrels and the Martins in Rushden, the Sett and Willow Close in Upton, Battle House and Berrywood Hospital in Northampton, Isebrook Health Campus in Wellingborough and sexual health services at Northampton General Hospital.

The Trust opened a new 10-bed high dependency unit at The Burrows, at Berrywood Hospital in Duston for young people aged 13 to 18 years in October 2013.

The main commissioner of services at the Trust is NHS Nene Clinical Commissioning Group. Northamptonshire County Council and the CCG are proposing a programme of change to health and social care services in the county known as Healthier Northamptonshire which is expected to be introduced by March 2014 in order to tackle an expected shortfall of £275 million.

In November 2015, chief executive Angela Hillery was a finalist for the HSJ Chief Executive of the Year.
