North by North Western (NXNW) is a seven-day arts festival in Wigan, Greater Manchester. Run by volunteers, the festival launched in 2007 and occurs annually in August. It focuses on local music, art, poetry and film.
Artists and acts that have performed at the festival have included Gerard Starkie, Selfish Cunt, Voluntary Butler Scheme, and Cowtown.
