Sir Norman Stanley Williams (born 15 March 1947) is a British surgeon and former President of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He was knighted in the 2015 New Year Honours.

He was educated at Roundhay School and the University of London.

In October 2015 he was appointed clinical adviser to Jeremy Hunt. During the 2016 junior doctors' strike, he was prevented by a Department of Health staff member from answering a question during a Sky News interview, which was widely perceived to have embarrassed the government at a time of national crisis.
