Education and Early Life

Glass grew up in Newton Center, Massachusetts. As a teen, he worked as a delivery driver for the local restaurant Pizzaman.

Glass holds a B.A. in political science from Yale University. He withdrew admission from Harvard Business School to begin GoMobo.com, after an investor offered him $500,000 in seed money contingent on his withdrawal.

Career

Glass is most well known for being a software entrepreneur. GoMobo.com (later renamed Olo) was the first United States company to offer online food ordering through text message. Today, Olo's primary product is white-labeled food ordering software that integrates with restaurant point of sale systems. More recently, Olo released Dispatch, a product that matches food delivery customers with delivery drivers through Uber (company) and other services.

Before founding GoMobo/Olo, Glass held positions at Amnesty International, Braun Consulting, Endeavor Global, the National Retail Federation, and Shutterfly.com. He also worked in the foodservice industry.

Personal life

Glass lives in New York City with his wife Maeve.
