Niwari is a town and a nagar panchayat in Ghaziabad district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is densely populated with "Tyagi" community and one of the biggest tyagi village in uttar pradesh. Prominently famous for its milk sweets with the seller name rupa halwai (sweet maker) and shivam sweets it is approximately 50 kilometers north of New Delhi. It is approximately half an hour distant from Meerut and Ghaziabad.
