Nina Elias-Bamberger (1954 – November 20, 2002), was the Executive Producer of Dragon Tales and other children's shows on PBS Kids Channel.

She was also known as the creator of Big Bag on Cartoon Network.

She joined Sesame Workshop in 1978 working as a film editor on Christmas Eve on Sesame Street, 3-2-1 Contact and Big Bird in China.

She was also the creator of the United Kingdom animated children's television series Tiny Planets.

She died in Orlando, Florida of ovarian cancer on November 20, 2002.

The Dragon Tales special "Let's Start a Band" as well as the episode "To Fly With a New Friend" are dedicated to her memory.
