Nikola Selaković (Serbian Cyrillic: Никола Селаковић, [nǐkola sêlaːkoʋitɕ], born Аpril 30, 1983) is a Serbian lawyer, politician, and the former Minister of Justice in the Government of Serbia between 2012 and 2016.

Graduated from Belgrade’s Sixth Gymnasium and the Belgrade Faculty of Law, where he is currently a research assistant in comparative legal tradition. He has been a member of the Serbian Progressive Party since 2008, a member of the party’s Executive Board and president of the party’s Legal Council.

Never entered nor passed the bar examination. Siblings: Velimir Selaković.
