Nikhil Kumar is a 31-year old Indian author and blogger, living and working in Bangalore. His website MirrorCracked was voted the Planet's Funniest Blog by the Bloggie Awards in 2006.
The author of four books, his first book was "Untitled," a collection of twenty-five short stories published in 2006. This was followed by "Simran" in 2009, "Where Are My Pants?" in 2015 and, his latest book, "Anya's Lyric" in 2016.
He started writing from an early age and found humor in the nuances of life, as well as inspiration in the simple stories that make up our lives and world. Although he's a biotechnologist by education and has a Master's in Genetic Engineering, he prefers engineering witty catchphrases and servicing clients through digital marketing at the advertising agency he works for in Bangalore.
His Latest book, "Anya's Lyric," was published in 2016 and tackles the tough issues of domestic violence and sex trafficking through the eyes of a developmentally disabled girl living in India. It's available in paperback and Kindle format, and has received critical acclaim from book reviewers in India and the U.S.
His third book "Where Are My Pants?" is a compilation of 80 of the funniest posts from his blog. It was published in August 2015.
