Nihal Naj Ali Al Awlaqi

Nihal Naj Ali Al-Awlaqi (Arabic: نهال ناجي علي صالح العولقي) was appointed in January 2016 as Yemen’s Minister of Legal Affairs. Before that she was a member of the Constitutional Drafting Committee, and as such supported women's rights. She also served as a legal advisor to the Women’s Center for Training at the University of Aden, and was one of the women’s representatives in the National Dialogue Conference.

She received a 2016 International Women of Courage Award.
