Nieuw-Balinge (52°46′N 6°36′E) is a village in the Dutch province of Drenthe. It is a part of the municipality of Midden-Drenthe, and lies about 10 km northeast of Hoogeveen.

In 2001, the village of Nieuw-Balinge had 446 inhabitants. The built-up area of the village was 0.16 km², and contained 171 residences. The statistical area "Nieuw-Balinge", which can also include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 930.
