Nie Bichu (simplified Chinese: 聂璧初; traditional Chinese: 聶璧初; born January 2, 1928) is a Chinese politician.

Biography

Nie Bichu was the mayor of Tianjin from November 1989 to June 1993. He was the Chairman of Tianjin People's Congress from June 1993 to May 1998 and the Secretary of the CPC Tianjin Committee from February 1993 to March 1993.
