Ngul Min Thang is the Founder & Co Chair at Green Heritage Club, a leading Social Club advocating Sustainable Development solutions for business sectors and promoting sustainability through joint participation of Youths, Business and Governments. He is also one of the Young Global Leaders under the World Economic Forum . In January 2012, Ngul Min Thang Successfully promoted the Youth Led Sustainable Development Agenda in the World Economic Forum's annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland which led the UN-Habitat to set up a Youth Opportunities Fund to promote Youth-led Development in the World’s cities.

Ngul Min Thang has devoted most of his time in promoting Youth Activism, Social Entrepreneurship, Human Rights and Sustainability. His notable works includes, 'My Idea of Justice', KNM, Singapore, 'Strategy for Sustainability', Harvard Business Press, The Kuki Mythologies, and a number of articles around the Idea of Human Rights, Youth Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability. His views on Sustainability has received tremendous responses from the World's Business Leaders.
