New Fizz Corporation is the name used by a large parent company (or group of companies) to purchase and reserve brands and web addresses that will possibly be used in their business ventures.

The AICPA has been known to use this when they attempted to create a global business credential. Several domain names were reserved by the "New Fizz Corporation" that were surely to be used for this.

More recently NBC Universal used the New Fizz Corp. when purchasing the domain syfy.com from Florida based Adapt and rights to the name Syfy (perhaps should have instead been paid to Adapt?) which was previously used by the SyFy Portal (now known as Airlock Alpha).
