Lyrics
She'd never been there beforeShe'd never been there beforeA young man asked her recentlyTo come and sit upon his kneeHe tickled her in the ribsAnd he filled her with delightShe'd never been there beforeBut now she goes there every nightMe sister Sue was always such a silly little goonShe never really understood the proper way to swoonA young man asked her recently to sit upon his kneeWhen she at last consented she behaved so bashfullyShe'd never been there beforeShe'd never been there beforeShe seemed so proud when Mr BrownBegan to bounce her up and downHe tickled her in the ribsAnd he thrilled her with delightShe'd never been there beforeBut now she goes there every nightA friend of mine whose husband was a stingy little manResolved herself to work upon a good old fashion planWhile Willy was sleeping fast that night she said I'll take a chanceGot out of bed and dove into the pockets of Willy's pantsShe'd never been there beforeShe'd never been there beforeBut she was awful pleased to seeThat Willy was sleeping peacefullyShe only took half a buckAnd it filled her with delightShe'd never been there beforeBut now she goes there every nightOne night a burly policeman was walking on his beatHe happened to shine his flashlight in the alley down the streetThe cook was standing in the door she said oh deary meI feel so terrible lonesome will you keep me companyHe'd never been there beforeHe'd never been there beforeHe gave the cook a regular treatAlong with a lovely roast of meatHe tickled her in the ribsAnd he filled her with delightShe'd never been there beforeBut now she goes there every nightReferences
