Neuralia is a former settlement in Kern County, California. It was located on the Southern Pacific Railroad 12 miles (19 km) northeast of Mojave, at an elevation of 2395 feet (730 m). Neuralia still appeared on maps as of 1947.
A post office operated from 1914 to 1916. The name is derived from "new railroad".
