Nephele monostigma is a moth of the family Sphingidae. It is known from highland forests in the Cameroon, Uganda and Kenya.

The length of the forewings is 30–32 mm. It is very similar to Nephele lannini, but slightly smaller, the wings are narrower and the forewings are more mottled with ochreous brown. A very small white stigma is usually present. The submarginal line is not edged distally with pale grey.
