Neil Edward Russell (born 10 March 1970, Usk, Wales) is the Senior Brand Executive for BBC Wales productions Doctor Who, Torchwood and Sarah Jane Adventures.
Russell joined the BBC in 2000 where he produced the Top of the Pops and the Top of the Pops 2 websites. He has been working for BBC Wales since January 2006.
He also ran the hugely popular fansite, Madonnarama, from 2000 until 2003.
In April 2007, he was voted number 26 in the list of most eligible Welsh bachelors for the Wales On Sunday newspaper.
Russell played a minor role in organising Kylie Minogue's appearance in the 2007 Doctor Who Christmas episode, Voyage Of The Damned [1].
