The Needham House is a historic house on Meadow Road near Chesham village in Harrisville, New Hampshire. This 2-1/2 story wood frame house was built in 1845, and is a well-preserved local example of Greek Revival styling. Its most elaborate feature is its front entry, which is flanked by full-length sidelight windows and topped by a shouldered architrave. The house has been owned by a number of locally prominent families.

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
