Cornelius Francis "Neal" Finn (January 24, 1904 in Brooklyn, New York – July 7, 1933 in Allentown, Pennsylvania) was a professional baseball player. Primarily a second baseman, he played all or part of four seasons in Major League Baseball from 1930 to 1933 with the Brooklyn Robins/Dodgers and Philadelphia Phillies.

Finn was also an alternate for the silver medal winning USA II bobsled team at the 1932 Winter Olympic Games. He died during the 1933 season after surgery to repair an ulcer.
