Natural history museum of denmark buys dinosaur skeleton
The Natural History Museum of Denmark is a natural history museum located in Copenhagen, Denmark. It was created as a 1 January 2004 merger of Copenhagen's Zoological Museum, Geological Museum, Botanical Museum and Central Library, and Botanical Gardens. It is affiliated with the University of Copenhagen.
On May 31, 2012, the winner of a competition for a new and centralized museum in the grounds of the Botanical Garden was divulged. During 2013-2017 the firm Lundgaard og Tranberg Arkitekter and architect Claus Pryds will bring their vision for Denmark's Natural History Museum to fruition.
