The National Union of Namibian Workers (NUNW) is a national trade union center in Namibia. It was founded April 24, 1971 by the then in exile, SWAPO and remains closely linked to the party. In January 2014, NUNW affirmed its allegiance to SWAPO, citing both a shared experience during colonialism and SWAPO's political positions.

In 1978, NUNW affiliated with the WFTU, but later changed affiliation to the International Trade Union Confederation.
