The National Independent Party is a small Irish political grouping founded in response to the events of the Great Recession in Ireland. Its spokesperson is Martin Critten. The party registered with the Oireachtas in January 2014. The party policies include a citizens charter, leaving the Euro if it suited Ireland, removal of fluoride from drinking water, managing inward immigration, reducing the number of political representatives reform of dail and seanad, electoral reform.
