Nathaniel B. Treat (March 12, 1839 – December 26, 1930) was an American businessman and politician.

Born in Orono, Maine, Treat moved to Wisconsin with his family and settled in Monroe, Wisconsin. During the American Civil War, Treat served in the 33rd Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry Regiment and was commissioned captain. Treat was in the mercantile and financial business. He served on the Monroe Common Council and the Green County, Wisconsin Board of Supervisors. Treat was involved in the Republican Party. From 1895 to 1899, Treat served in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Treat was then appointed to the Wisconsin Board of Control. Treat died at his home in Monroe, Wisconsin.
