Nastaran Ahmadi Interview


Nastaran Ahmadi is a writer from New York City. She is a graduate from Washington University in St. Louis where she earned a BA in Theater. She also received an MFA in Playwriting from The Yale School of Drama in May 2006. She received the ASCAP Cole Porter Prize in Playwriting. Some of the full-lengths she has written are The War Is Over, Layla and Majnun, Strangers, Doctoring, Rocket Song, Exile, and The Bet. Her list of shorts include Pardon My Queen, For Art, Splinter, Anti-Politico Mayhem, Thank You, and Cafe de la Tristesse.
