The town takes its name from Naples, in Italy.
Geography
Naples is located at 44°46′13″N 97°30′46″W (44.770222, -97.512858).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.14 square miles (0.36 km2), all of it land.
2010 census
As of the census of 2010, there were 41 people, 12 households, and 10 families residing in the town. The population density was 292.9 inhabitants per square mile (113.1/km2). There were 12 housing units at an average density of 85.7 per square mile (33.1/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 90.2% White and 9.8% African American.

The average household size was 3.42 and the average family size was 3.50.
