NLB Group is the largest bank banking and financial group in Slovenia. The Group comprises of NLB as the main entity in Slovenia, six subsidiary banks in SEE, several companies for ancillary services (asset management, insurance, real estate management etc.) and a limited number of non-core subsidiaries controlled wind-down. The Bank is 100% owned by the Republic of Slovenia.
