Myrmecia fabricii is an Australian ant which belongs to the Myrmecia genus. It is native to Australia, with specimens mainly found in the state of Queensland. It was described by Ogata & Taylor in 1991.

Their appearance is similar of the jack jumper ant. However, it's more of a dark brownish colour and darker jaws and darker legs.
