Myoxocephalus matsubarai, or togarikajika in Japanese, is a of sculpin fish in the family Cottidae. It has been described from the northwest Pacific, specifically around Hokkaido, Japan. Some authorities think it is not a distinct species but rather the same as Myoxocephalus jaok.
