The second series of My Kitchen Rules was an Australian reality television cooking programme which aired on the Seven Network. Series 2 commenced on 31 January 2011. The winning team will win $100,000 prize money.

Note:

^1 — Kane & Lee and Kelly & Ash were the weakest teams of the round, but the latter quit the competition due to medical reason. No Sudden Death round was held, and Kane & Lee were automatically safe from elimination.

Round 1

  • Episodes 1 to 6
  • Airdate — 31st January to 9th February
  • Description — The first of the two instant restaurant groups are introduced into the competition in Round 1. At the end of the round, the lowest scoring team goes to Sudden Death, with a risk of being eliminated.

    • Round 2

  • Episodes 7 to 12
  • Airdate – 14th February to 23rd February
  • Description – The second group now start their Instant Restaurant round. The same rules from the previous round apply and the lowest scoring team goes to Sudden Death.
