My Gym Children's Fitness Center

My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is a worldwide fitness center oriented towards children between the ages of 6 weeks to 13 years. The company was first formed in 1983 by Yakov and Susi Sherman, who opened the gym in order to promote children’s health and fitness while also promoting social skills. My Gym commonly features elements such as zip-lines and various exercise related classes.

In fall of 2008 the company won a Parent’s Choice award for their DVD My Gym at Home, Fun With Monique. My Gym also funds the children's entertainment group The Activators, which formed a partnership with The President's Challenge in 2011.
