Parliament pays tribute to Gen. Adrisi

General Mustafa Adrisi (c. 1922 – 28 July 2013) was Vice President of Uganda from 1977 to 1978 and one of President Idi Amin's closest associates. In 1978, after Adrisi was injured in a suspicious auto accident, troops loyal to him mutinied. Amin sent troops against the mutineers, some of whom had fled across the Tanzanian border, eventually leading to the Uganda–Tanzania War.
