Murături are Romanian pickles. Murături are an assortment of vegetables or fruits that are pickled using a marinade. Examples of foodstuffs they are made out of are beetroot, cucumber, green tomatoes (gogonele), carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, melons, mushrooms, turnips, celery and cauliflower.
