Murray Janoff (April 26, 1915 – July 5, 2015) was an American sportswriter for the Long Island Press (1936–1977). He also wrote for the Associated Press, United Press International and Reuters and was a founding member of the U.S. Harness Writers Association. He also wrote the books GAME! SET! MATCH! The Great Stars, the Top Events, the Exciting Drama of Championship Tennis (1973) and Tennis Revolution (1974).

He was born on April 26, 1915 in The Bronx, New York and died on July 5, 2015 in Boca Raton, Florida.
