Tim Bosma was a Canadian citizen from Ancaster, Ontario who was murdered on May 6, 2013. Bosma was abducted, beaten and killed by two men who wanted his pickup truck. The two men, Dellen Millard and Mark Smich, were convicted in 2016 of murdering Bosma and then incinerating his body in an attempt to destroy evidence. Millard, heir to the now-defunct Canadian aviation company Millardair, was also linked to the death of his father, Wayne Millard, and the disappearance of his girlfriend, Laura Babcock.

Murder charges for deaths of Laura Babcock and Wayne Millard

The convicted pair still face a 2017 trial for charges of first-degree murder in connection with the case of 23-year-old Toronto resident Laura Babcock, a girlfriend of Dellen Millard's who disappeared in 2012. Millard is also charged with first-degree murder in relation to the death of his father, Wayne Millard.
