Murder with Special Circumstances

Murder with special circumstances is:

  • the murder of president, vice president, politician, police officer, military personnel, or children under the age of 14;
  • murder committed along with any violent felony of kidnapping, robbery, arson, or burglary;
  • murder of multiple persons.
  • It is punishable with maximum term of 30 years or death penalty.

    Murder

    Premeditated or non-premeditated intentional murder is punishable with maximum term of 30 years.

    Manslaughter

    Manslaughter defines non-intentional homicide. It is punishable with between 7 and 25 years in prison.
