Muksamse'lapli, known to White Oregonians as White Cindy, was a two spirit Klamath healer who lived on a small ranch on the shore of Agency Lake. Muksamse'lapli was assigned male at birth, was referred in most contemporary accounts as a woman or "transvestite", and referred to themself as "half she and half he".

Muksamse'lapli's medicine powers were respected and sought after by Klamath people, and they were also very helpful to White botanists seeking knowledge of local plants. These activities were illegal at the time, so Muksamse'lapli was risking jail time to do them.

Muksamse'lapli did spend time in jail for other offenses. They were arrested for violent altercations with other Klamath people on the reservation, although they were defending themself against aggression in at least some of these cases.

Muksamse'lapli was married twice.
