Muhayman Jamil (born 1956) is an Iraqi doctor and literary translator. He was born in Baghdad and moved to the UK in the 1990s where he currently works as a specialist in palliative medicine.

Muhayman's extra curricular activities included broadcasting a weekly show on Baghdad's FM radio station in the 1980s. More recently, he started Wheels and Wheelchairs, a small London based charity. This is based on skaters, rollerbladers and wheelchair users going out together as a group on a regular basis: http://www.wheelsandwheelchairs.co.uk & https://www.facebook.com/wheelsandwheelchairs?_rdr=p

Jamil has translated two Arabic novels into English, both by Betool Khedairi. These are Absent and A Sky So Close. Jamil's translation of Inaam Kachachi's work was published in Banipal magazine.
