Mu Coronae Borealis (μ Coronae Borealis, μ CrB), is a star located in the constellation Corona Borealis. Mu Coronae Borealis is also known as HR 5800, and HD 139153. The star is located at Right Ascension 15h 35m 15s and Declination 39 deg 00 arcmin 36 arcsec.

Mu Coronae Borealis is a red giant of spectral type M1.5III with an apparent visual magnitude of +5.11, and an absolute visual magnitude of -1.08. Mu Coronae Borealis has an effective temperature of 3200K and a mass of 1.2 solar masses.

Located around 619 light-years distant, it shines with a luminosity approximately 932 times that of the Sun and has a surface temperature of 3889 K.
