Mt. Pisgah Lutheran Church, also known as the First Lutheran Church and The Sanctuary on Penn, is a historic Lutheran church located at Indianapolis, Indiana. The original chapel section was built in 1875, and is a one-story, "L"-shaped, Late Gothic Revival style brick building. It was enlarged with the Romanesque Revival style sanctuary added between 1885 and 1886. It features round arch windows, a rose window, and brick buttresses with limestone caps. It currently houses the Sanctuary on Penn.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
