The Mr. and Mrs Frank Boonstra House at 1401 Helen St. in Midland, Michigan was built in 1941. It was a work of architect Alden B. Dow and was built by the associated Alden Dow Building Co.. It has also been known as Bonstra House. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.
