The Mount Shaughnessy Tunnel is a railway tunnel located in British Columbia.

The tunnel was built by the Canadian Pacific Railway as part of the larger Mount Macdonald Tunnel project, which resulted in a large diversion of the mainline in the Rogers Pass of the Selkirk Mountains.

The Mount Shaughnessy Tunnel measures 1.9 kilometres (1.2 mi) and passes underneath the Trans-Canada Highway.
