Mostyska II (Ukrainian: Мостиська ІІ) is a railway station that is located in a village of Mostyska Druhi, Mostyska Raion in Lviv Oblast. It is part of the Lviv administration (Lviv Railways).

The station is an important transportation gateway to Ukraine. The station is located just outside the city of Mostyska, station of which was renamed into Mostyska I in 1950 when the new rail station was built. It is located along the historical railway from Przemysl to Lviv and only 8 km (5.0 mi) away from Medyka rail station in Medyka, Poland. Mostyska II serves passengers and freight trains. Among the services provided at the station is only embarkment and disembarkment of passengers for commuter and regional lines.

There is a break of gauge where the railway systems of the two countries meet. To speed up though traffic, a track gauge changing facility of the SUW 2000 variable gauge axle system has been installed to allow fitted trains to pass through the break of gauge at walking pace.
