The Mosque “Sinan Katibi" or "Katip Sinan Qelebi", or "Kâtib Celebi" or "Katip Çelebi" Turkish: Sinan Katip Camii, is located on the Adem Jaschari Street in Prizren, Kosovo. Turkish: Katip means Secretary in Turkish (tr:wiktionary:katip). It may be named after Katip Çelebi but it also maybe named like the Plaošnik mosque in Ohrid, The mosque in Ohrid was named after Sinaneddin Yusuf Çelebi, short form Sinan Çelebi, from the Ohrizâde family.
It was built supposedly in 1591. It was repaired in 1893–94 based on an inscription.
