Morozovsky District (Russian: Моро́зовский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the forty-three in Rostov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the east of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,550 square kilometers (980 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Morozovsk. Population: 42,404 (2010 Census); 46,395 (2002 Census); 43,574 (1989 Census). The population of Morozovsk accounts for 65.2% of the district's total population.
