Mookane is a village in Central District of Botswana. The village is located 150 km north-east of the capital city Gaborone, and it has primary and secondary schools and a health clinic. Mookane village is surrounded by the villages of Dibete, Mmaphashalala and Phala Road. The population was 2,297 in 2001 census.
