The monument to the Allies is located in Dębina Zakrzowska, southern Poland, in commemoration of the British, Canadian and Australian airmen who died on the night of 4–5 August 1944, when their Halifax bomber, from No. 148 Squadron of the RAF, was shot down by German artillery while returning from an air-drop near the fighting in Warsaw.

The monument, made of concrete and crowned with a cross, was funded and erected by citizens of the village and unveiled on 4 August 1991. The monument is located in fields behind the last farm on the outskirts of the village, at the crash site.

The plaque on the monument contains the names of crew: Ch. W. Crabtree, D. J. Mason, J. A. Carroll, A. Bennett, D. Aird, Ch. A. Beanland i A. Sandilands, members of RAF, RAAF i RCAF.
