MoneyPass is a United States based interbank network operated by U.S. Bancorp. Founded in 2003, it provides electronic funds transfer (EFT) services to financial institutions. It links credit, debit and prepaid cards to a network of over a 13,200 ATMs and 30 million banking cardholders in the United States.

Its original manager and operator, Genpass, Inc. via its Irving, Texas-based subsidiary Genpass Technologies(R), LLC, was a provider of PayCards and created MoneyPass to further integrate a suite of products that includes effectively all aspects of an ATM ecosystem: transaction processing, debit and specialty card services, ATM maintenance and service. Genpass Technologies was then later acquired by U.S. Bancorp and continued to add member organizations.
