Moloy Ghatak is an Indian politician and the present Minister in charge, Labour and ESI Department in the Government of West Bengal. Previously he has handled the portfolios as the Minister of Law and the Minister of Agriculture under the Government of West Bengal. He is also an MLA, elected from the Asansol Uttar constituency of the Burdwan district in the West Bengal state assembly election, 2011.
